Meesha Shafi believes Ali Zafar is still successful
The actress-cum-singer faces questions by the counsel of the ‘Jhoom’ singer during hearing of the case in a local court.


Lahore: Meesha Shafi, a renowned actress-cum-singer, believed that Ali Zafar is still the most successful artist" despite harassment allegations.
She made these remarks during hearing of the case in a local court on Saturday.
In the session court hearing regarding the defamation claim filed by Ali Zafar against Meesha Shafi, the renowned singer, Meesha Shafi, referred to Ali Zafar as the most successful artist in the local entertainment industry.
During the proceedings, Ali Zafar's lawyer questioned Meesha Shafi, asking if she believed Ali Zafar was the most successful artist in Pakistan before the allegations were made. In response, Meesha Shafi affirmed that Ali Zafar is still successful.
The lawyer further queried whether Meesha Shafi was aware that international companies typically refrain from working with individuals facing harassment allegations. Meesha Shafi stated that she had not considered that aspect.
Continuing the line of questioning, the lawyer suggested that Meesha Shafi aimed to cause financial harm to Ali Zafar. However, Meesha Shafi denied having any such intentions.
After hearing arguments of both sides, the court put off further hearing of the case till July 10.
