Election Commissioner revised the date of elections to be held on Tuesday, June 27 in Qaddafi Stadium Lahore.

Lahore: Election of Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will be held in Lahore on Tuesday.
According to details, PCB issued a statement in which it said that election of the Chairman will be held in a fair and transparent manner.
Following the announcement of holiday on June 28, Election Commissioner revised the date of elections to be held on Tuesday, June 27 in Qaddafi Stadium Lahore.
Earlier, there was a conflict prevailing between government and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) as government wanted Najam Sethi to be the PCB chief, whereas PPP had nominated Zaka Ashraf.
To clear the air earlier on June 20, PCB management committee Chief Najam Sethi dropped out of the race for the chairmanship of the cricket board, stating that he does not want to be a bone of contention between Asif Zardari and Shehbaz Sharif.
