Meanwhile, Murree, Malakand city, Gujarat and Bela also received rain.
Karachi: The pre-monsoon rains have spread to Sindh as various areas of Karachi received light rain in the late night.
According to details, it rained in Malir, North Karachi, New Karachi, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad and Dastgir.
Apart from this, strong winds and rain were recorded in other cities of Sindh including Sukkur, Jacobabad, Mirpurkhas, Badin, Golarchi and Tondobago.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in different areas of Sindh till June 30.
Meanwhile, Murree, Malakand city, Gujarat and Bela also received rain.
The Met Department also stated that there is a possibility of rain at few places in Islamabad, Punjab, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, East Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir today (Wednesday).
On the other hand, two children died while five people were injured when the roof of a house collapsed due to rain in Swabi.
