The latest reports suggested that the children were seen playing inside the water while the women and elderly people faced huge trouble in mobility. The long queues of the vehicles on several roads, and especially nearby the underpasses of Canal road due to accumulated rain water also exposed the system.
As the rain started, the power outage made the life more miserable as darkness and flooded streets caused huge trouble to the citizens.
