Earlier, the session court had declared the case admissible and charged PTI chief.

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday declared the Tosha Khana case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) inadmissible.
According to details, Chief Justice of IHC Aamer Farooq announced the verdict regarding the Tosha Khana case accepting the plea of former prime minister to declare Tosha Khana case unacceptable.
Earlier, the session court had declared the case admissible and charged PTI chief.
It is pertinent to note that just yesterday (Monday), the party chairman had filed an appeal to transfer the petitions against the Tosha Khana case to another bench, expressing his lack of confidence in the Chief Justice of IHC, Justice Aamer Farooq.
District Election Commission was made a party in the petition, in which the Chief Justice was requested to excuse himself from hearing the petitions of the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
Notably, a non-bailable warrant was issued against Chairman PTI in the same case, after which the police conducted an operation outside Zaman Park to arrest him, in which there was a clash between the police and PTI workers.
