Google launches first ‘App Growth Lab’ in Pakistan
Google aims to empower Pakistani app developers with Google experts.

Karachi: In April of this year, Google announced the establishment of its first 'App Growth Lab' in Pakistan, which has now officially commenced its operations.
Google has launched its first "App Growth Lab" in Pakistan, a new initiative that will run for four months and benefit from the expertise of top-notch app developers, studios, and companies who aim to accelerate their business growth.
Through the App Growth Lab, Pakistani app developers will have the opportunity to benefit from the experience of Google experts in areas such as advertising, AdMob, Firebase, Google Play, and more, along with other industry professionals.
The establishment of this lab reflects Google's commitment to supporting the growth of Pakistan's app industry at both the local and global levels.
According to Farhan Essa Qureshi, Regional Director of Google for Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, this project signifies Google's dedication to fostering a stable ecosystem for developers in the country.
Farhan Essa Qureshi further stated that they hope to assist Pakistani developers in creating world-class applications through their ongoing efforts.
The App Growth Lab has four main objectives, including understanding various user segments to optimize the company's direction, gaining insights into international apps and gaming opportunities, and providing practical wisdom to enhance the company's growth strategies.
