FIA arrests five Pakistanis working in Israel
The accused paid Rs0.3 to Rs0.4 million per person to travel agents to get entry into the country.
Mirpur Khas: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) registered cases against eight Pakistanis working in Israel and arrested five of them.
The staff of Mirpur Khas Crime Circle of FIA conducted a major operation in which five persons who arrived in Israel travelling from different countries and worked there were arrested.
According to FIA officials, five cases have been registered against eight suspects in this regard. The accused were working as helpers and car washers in Tel Aviv and have been living there for four to seven years.
The accused paid Rs0.3 to Rs0.4 million per person to travel agents to get entry into the country.
FIA also told that arrested accused belonging to Mirpur Khas have been identified as Nauman Siddiqui, Kamil Anwar, Kamran Siddiqui, Muhammad Zeeshan and Muhammad Anwar.
According to the agency, they used to enter the premises of Israel from Jordan Airport through Turkey, Kenya and Sri Lanka on European visa. The accused used to come to Karachi from Jordan Airport via Dubai to return home.
The process they used to send money to their families in Pakistan was through Western Union.
FIA continued to say that cases have been registered against the accused under Passport Act and Immigration Ordinance.
