Islamabad: Additional session judge has summoned chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in F-8 Kachehri in Tosha Khana criminal proceeding case tomorrow (Thursday), GNN reported.
According to details, the notice of the hearing has been issued to district election commissioner and lawyers to appear tomorrow at 8:30am in the court.
The court will be hearing the case after the order were issued by Islamabad High Court (IHC), who had ordered the session court to give it verdict in seven days.
