No fuel of riders without helmet in Lahore
The purpose of using a helmet is to protect the rider from head and brain injuries during the accident.
Lahore: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Lahore Rafia Haider banned to give petrol to motorcycle riders not wearing helmets.
According to details, after the orders issued by the DC, the district government also issued a notification in which it is stated that DC Lahore has ordered the strict implementation of the ban.
Rafia Haider said that precious lives have been lost in accidents due to non-use of helmets on motorcycles.
“This ban has been imposed to ensure the safety of human lives,” she said adding that strict action will be taken to ensure the implementation of this ban.
Rafia Haider also appealed to the motorcyclists to make the use of helmets mandatory.
It is pertinent to note that the cause of loss of life in motorcycle accidents around the world is also not using a helmet.
The purpose of using a helmet is to protect the motorcycle rider from head and brain injuries during the accident.
