Punjab police arrest six POs fleeing abroad
The accused have been brought back to Pakistan via Interpol and further investigation against them have been started.
Lahore: Punjab police arrested the six proclaimed offenders fleeing to United Arab Emirates (UAE), GNN reported.
According to details, Inspector General (IG) Punjab police Dr. Usman Anwar ordered the police to speed up the crackdown against the proclaimed offenders fleeing abroad to arrest more of them.
The accused have been brought back to Pakistan via Interpol and further investigation against them have been started.
Police stated that police of different districts wanted these accused in the cases of robbery and murder.
The offenders have been identified as Touqeer Butt, Malik Bostan, Hassan, Shahzaib, Waqar Azeem and Naseem Abbas.
The offenders Yasir Qamar and Shahzad were involved in the robbery cases.
