PCB told that due to bad weather it will be difficult to get a return flight to Karachi.


Karachi: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) did not permit the players of Pakistan cricket team to attend the Walima ceremony of fellow player and fast bowler Haris Rauf in Islamabad.
According to PCB spokesperson, due to bad weather it will be difficult to get a return flight to Karachi, in view of which the board has stopped the players of the national cricket team from going to Islamabad.
Some players were supposed to leave for Islamabad today (Saturday) to participate in Haris Rauf's celebration with the plan to return to Karachi on Saturday afternoon. However, now they will not be able to participate in the wedding of Haris.
According to the schedule, the ongoing training camp of Pakistan cricket team in Karachi will end today (Friday) and the team will leave for Colombo tomorrow night (Saturday) via Dubai.
Earlier on yesterday, fast bowler Haris celebrated the wedding ceremony along with close relatives and friends. He chose to wear a maroon-colored turban and a black sherwani for the event.
