Greece boat tragedy: FIA arrests key 'human trafficker'
The suspect was arrested from a Gujrat.
Gujrat: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested the key 'human trafficker' gang from Gujrat on Sunday.
Muhammad Saleem Sunyara was involved in the Greece boat tragedy, which resulted in the deaths of many people, including 209 Pakistanis.
In order to move Pakistanis abroad illegally, the suspect transferred money to his brother Muhammad Asif Sunyara via hundi and hawala. As they sent Pakistanis to Europe, they both made millions of rupees.
According to the suspect, his brother Asif, who is stationed in Libya, has established a number of safe homes for human trafficking. The FIA Gujrat anti-human trafficking circle has received nine cases in total.
