Islamabad: Former federal minister Shireen Mazari requested that her name be taken off from the Exit Control List (ECL) in a petition that was submitted to the Islamabad High Court on Monday
The Secretary of the Interior and the Director General of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) were named as respondents in Shireen Mazari's appeal submitted to the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to the petition, it is against the law to include her name on the Provisional No-Fly List.
It should be recalled that the government of Pakistan put Shireen Mazari and other existing and former PTI leaders and members on the ECL a few weeks ago.
