Rana Sanaullah wants ban on PTI
PTI should not be allowed to contest polls, says Rana Sana
Islamabad: Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday stated that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) should be banned to contest elections as they were responsible for the May 9 violence.
According to sources, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah stated that the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) will decide whether or not to return to Pakistan on his own.
He claimed that Nawaz Sharif will receive relief from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and that if the Islamabad High Court grants him relief, there is no need to appeal the verdict. On his return, the former prime minister plans to begin the electoral campaign.
