US does not ask Pakistan or any other country to choose between US or China or any other country.


Washington DC: The spokesperson of US state Department Matthew Miller said America welcomes the staff level agreement between International Monetaory Fund (IMF) and Pakistan.
While giving the press briefing, he stated: “Our support for country’s economic success is unwavering and we will continue to engage with Pakistan to technical engagements”.
US vows to continue to strengthen the trade and investment ties with Pakistan all of which are priorities for their bilateral relationship.
Matthew continued to say: “We believe Pakistan has a lot of hard work ahead to be on a long term sustainable path for economic recovery and prosperity but we will continue to stand by them through the process”.
“US does not ask Pakistan or any other country to choose between US or Peoples Republic of China (PRC) or any other country,” he clarified.
