Islamabad: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) Sunday predicted hot and dry weather at scattered places in the country during next 12 hours.

As per Met department, hot and dry weather is likely to prevail most of the parts of the country while, cloudy weather is expected at isolated places in northeast.
The department has recorded temperature of some major cities this morning according to which Islamabad has thirteen degree centigrade while Lahore recorded twenty-one.
The recorder temperature for Karachi is twenty-seven, Peshawar and Quetta sixteen, Gilgit seven, Murree nine and Muzaffarabad twelve degree centigrade.
According to forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag and Shopian while weather will be partly cloudy in Baramulla and Leh.
A day prior, several parts of the country recorded cloudy weather with rain.
