Accused Altaf collected money to send the citizen abroad to Canada.


Karachi: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Wednesday arrested human trafficker Altaf Hussain from the Karachi’s Clifton area.
According to the FIA official, the accused Altaf Hussain collected money to send the citizen abroad to Canada.
“The accused demanded Rs5 million to send the citizen to Canada and received Rs1.6 million from the victim,” the FIA spokesperson stated.
An Emigration and Smuggling of Migrants Act complaint has been filed against the accused Rizwan, according to an FIA official.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) anti-human smuggling squad also detained a Gujranwala-based smuggler during a separate raid.
As per details, accused Rizwan Shah was involved in human trafficking and violence against the harmed people. The statement stated, "He was also involved in holding his victims against their will in Iraq."
"FIA conducted raids over the last seven days in an effort to apprehend him. According to the FIA, he was running a gang and raids were being carried out to arrest his partners.
