Ahsan Iqbal says govt's prudent policies saved country from default

Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal said that incumbent government had saved the country from default.
Ahsan expressed his views by criticizing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), saying, "The PTI is stubbornly seeking to destroy the country. In order to further its political goals, the party is jeopardizing the future of the entire country.
He emphasized the importance of the nation's youth, claiming that "The youths are the real strength of the country."
The planning minister had earlier stated that the government was encouraging youth to contribute to the quick growth of the nation.
Ahsan Iqbal said in an interview with a private television network on Sunday that the coalition government has a strategy in place to support academics, researchers, and youtH, talented people.
He stated that we must go forward with the aid of fresh, creative minds and promised that individuals with understanding of new technologies will receive a nice sum in the form of funding.
He stated that the money will be given to young people with innovative ideas for moving the nation ahead.
