Volume of remittances through RDA exceeds $6.350 billion

Islamabad: The remittance volume of overseas Pakistanis through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) has exceeded 6.350 billion dollars.

According to the statistics released by State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) in this regard, the volume of remittances by overseas Pakistanis through Roshan digital accounts crossed $6.335 million at the end of June 2023.

The report told that in the month of June, overseas Pakistanis have sent foreign exchange worth 127 million dollars to the country through RDA.

According to statistics, overseas Pakistanis have invested a total of $716 million in Pakistan through RDA since September 2020.

Overseas Pakistanis have invested $316 million in Naya Pakistan Certificates, $377 million in Naya Pakistani Islamic Certificates and $78 million in the Pakistan Stock Exchange since September 2020.
