Two officers martyred, several injured in blast near police station in Bara Bazar
Resuce team shifted the eight injured to a nearby hospital for immediate medical assistance.


Khyber: An explosion occurred near police station in Khyber's Bara Bazar in which two officers were martyred while several people have sustained the injuries on Thursday.
According to the police, blast occurred near the main gate of police station after which heavy firing also took place in the area.
It has been reported that police surrounded the area and rescue personnel have reached the scene.
They shifted the eight injured to a nearby hospital for immediate medical assistance.
According to police, the nature of the explosion is not immediately known, but Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) has been called in the area.
They also told that preliminary investigation shows that explosion in Bara Bazar seems to be suicide.
