Nowshera: A man in Nowshera set his wife on fire following a spat due to a family dispute, police sources revealed.

According to details, the incident occurred in the area of Akbarpura where accused Shahabuddin along with his mother and sister sprayed oil on his wife and set her on fire.
The woman suffered serious burn injuries and passed away in hospital. The victim identified as Rafia was a four month old bride.
Police has registered an FIR against the accused and a search operation is underway to arrest him.
