US dollar rate increases in interbank
Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) sustains a bullish trend.
Karachi: The interbank exchange rate for the dollar has risen, while the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) continues its bullish run.
The dollar witnessed an increase of Rs. 1.31 in the interbank market.
Following the surge in the value of the US currency against the Pakistani rupee, the interbank exchange rate reached Rs. 288.85.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Stock Exchange remains on a bullish trajectory.
During trading, the PSX index recorded a gain of 420 points.
As a result, the market index climbed to 48,650 points.
