Lahore: A video of Pakistan Istekham-e-Party spokeswoman Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan admitting to 'torturing' her maid has surfaced.
The footage of Firdous Ashiq Awan abusing and torturing her domestic worker brought the series of violence against teenage domestic employees to a close.
Firdous Ashiq Awan confirms the torturing of her maid and threatens to notify the police shows in the mobile phone footage.
As per details, the former federal minister reportedly threatened and demanded money from the person who was filming the video.
Earlier, Rizwana, a minor housemaid, employed by a civil judge was brought to the District Headquarters Hospital in Sargodha in critical condition reportedly with wounds on her face, head and body that were said to have been caused by a “blunt weapon”. The girl also bore burn marks on her body.
She was later shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU) at the Lahore General Hospital, with doctors fearing for the teen’s life.
According to hospital sources, she was brought in on July 24.
