Attock: The lawyer of former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan met him in the Attock Jail since his arrest on Monday.
So far, none of Imran Khan's relatives have been able to to contact him on the phone.
According to the jail staff, the former prime minister still hasn't provided the phone numbers for five members of his family.
They said that after the numbers were given, they would be checked, and he would be permitted to speak with his family four times every week for 20 minutes.
“So far, the meal is being provided to him as per the jail menu. No specific meal has been demanded by the former prime minister,” they stated.
“His medical tests conducted on a daily basis are normal. A ‘B class’ prison and corresponding privileges were provided to him with his transfer to the jail on Saturday,” they claimed.
The government will decide whether or not the former prime minister will dress like an imprisoned person. He has been dressing simply up until now.
In the meantime, the PTI chairman and former prime minister received daily necessities while jailed.
The PTI chairman also received three pieces of shalwar kameez, two pairs of trousers, and a tasbih.
He was also given a hairbrush, mospel, scissors, toothpaste, shaving cream, a razor, aftershave lotion, and a nail cutter.
