Advocate Rana Mudassar said in his arguments that court should order to confirm the interim bail of the accused.


Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore has extended the interim bails Imran Khan's sisters Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan in six cases of May 09 including the Jinnah House arson attack.
According to details, the interim bails of Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry and Asad Umar have also been extended in the same cases.
ATC Judge Ejaz Ahmed Buttar heard six cases when Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan reached the court after their interim bails had expired. Court has asked the police for records.
Advocate Rana Mudassar said in his arguments that the accused have been investigated, the court should order to confirm the interim bail of the accused.
The lawyer further said that Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and Asad Umar are not involved in any incident.
