ANF exposes heroin smuggling network at Indian border
The network used drones to smuggle heroin into India.
Lahore: Anti-Narcotics Forces (ANF) has exposed a heroin smuggling network, leading to the unmasking of the illicit operation through drones.
Shockingly, even police personnel have been found involved in the narcotics case.
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has initiated legal proceedings against the culprits based on concrete evidence.
During a raid, the suspects managed to escape, according to sources from the ANF.
The Deputy Commissioner's office has also implicated a police officer named Sharafat in the case.
As per the filed FIR, the usage of drones was employed for heroin smuggling from India.
Authorities have managed to seize the drone used in the heroin smuggling operation.
