Shamoon deletes post on non-participation in daughter's wedding
"I prefer to keep my distance from them, no matter what," Shamoon Abbasi.

Karachi: Renowned Pakistani actor Shamoon Abbasi has expressed strong resentment on social media regarding rumors and speculations surrounding his daughter's wedding, asserting his non-participation.
Recently, Shamoon Abbasi and Javeria Abbasi's daughter, Anzila Abbasi, had their wedding celebrations, and the actor's absence from the event stirred surprise among social media users.
In response to the speculations, Shamoon Abbasi shared a post without mentioning any names, where he expressed, "I never wanted to have a relationship with heartless and shameless people in my life."
He further stated, "It doesn't matter what kind of relationship I have with them, but I prefer to keep my distance from them, no matter what."
The post was later deleted by the actor.
It's noteworthy that Javeria Abbasi and Shamoon Abbasi got married in 1997 and then got divorced in 2009.
