The caretaker Punjab chief minister says he has been working on a big project for the working journalists and he will announce it once it is completed.

Lahore: Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the head office of G News Network and congratulated the management and staff over successful completion of fifth anniversary.
CM Naqvi, who earlier attended the oath ceremony of newly appointed Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar in Islamabad, arrived at G News Network. Senior journalist and anchorperson Arif Hameed Bhatti, Bureau Chief Shahzad Hussain Butt and others welcomed CM Naqvi.
Talking to the TV, CM Naqvi said, “I congratulate the whole team and the working journalists. Many stars are here. I make good wishes for GNN,”. Responding to another question about the newly appointed caretaker PM, the CM said that “the new PM is very energetic. And I hope he will do many good things for the public,”.
He stated that he inaugurated the tallest flag at Liberty Chowk after landing in Lahore from Islamabad. The Punjab government, he said, did not spend even a single rupee on the flag as the PHA managed the whole funds through their advertisers. The chief minister said that they had already announced one billion fund for the journalists.
“There is a big news for the working journalists. But I will share that once it is completed,” he added.
