England's Chris Woakes and Australia's Ashleigh Gardner named best players for July.


The International Cricket Council (ICC) has revealed the Players of the Month awards for Men and Women, with English cricketer Chris Woakes and Australia's Ashleigh Gardner being honored as the outstanding performers for July.
The International Cricket Council acknowledged Chris Woakes' remarkable performance by bestowing upon him the ICC Men's Player of the Month title for July.
He earned this recognition due to his exceptional achievements during the month.
In addition to Chris Woakes, England's Zak Crawley and Netherlands' Bas de Leede were also nominated for July's Best Men's Player award.
On the other hand, Australia's versatile all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner has been named the ICC Women's Player of the Month for July.
Her outstanding contributions have earned her this prestigious title.
The ICC also nominated Australia's Alyssa Healy and England's Kate Cross for the Women's Player of the Month award in July.
