Lahore: Dr. Yasmin Rashid, the nominated suspect in the Jinnah House attack case and a prominent leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has reported health complications while in jail.
In response to her complaint of heart-related discomfort, she has been transferred to the Punjab Institute of Cardiology for a thorough examination.
Sources indicate that Dr. Yasmin Rashid had lodged a complaint about heart-related distress to prison authorities, leading to her transfer to the hospital.
Doctors at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology conducted a comprehensive examination, including an echocardiogram test.
Sources informed that Dr. Yasmin Rashid was kept at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology for about 2 hours, where she underwent an echocardiogram test.
Upon receiving the test results, she was subsequently sent back to the jail.
