According to the notification, the scrutiny of the clubs should be done under the supervision of Pakistan Sports Board.

Islamabad: Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has suspended all officials of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF).
According to details, the suspension notification was issued following the instructions of the Prime Minister's Office.
"The Prime Minister's Office has communicated that an expeditious review of the hockey clubs and the electoral college should be carried out under the oversight of the PSB," stated the official document. "Furthermore, it has been emphasized that the election process for PHF should be conducted fairly and transparently under the guidance of the PSB, adhering to regulations and after fulfilling all required formalities."
However, the PSB has exempted the national hockey team's selection committee and management staff from these measures, allowing them to continue their responsibilities in order to aid the team's preparation and participation in upcoming events.
"These actions are intended to create a favorable atmosphere for the fair and equitable conduct of PHF elections," the PSB letter explained.
Before concluding his term, outgoing Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif endorsed the recommendations put forth by a special committee he had established to address matters concerning PHF.
According to a communication from the Ministry of Inter-provincial Coordination dated August 08, prime minister had reviewed and "approved with satisfaction" the recommendations provided by the special committee.
The communication indicated that a report containing audit findings from previous years in relation to PHF should be referred to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for investigation.
Furthermore, the prime minister sanctioned the proposal for a comprehensive review of the clubs and electoral college, along with the conduct of transparent and unbiased PHF elections under the supervision of the PSB.
