New York: The New York Warriors cricket team has initiated practice sessions under the leadership of captain Misbah-ul-Haq.
The team participated in its first day of training.
Captain Misbah-ul-Haq, wicketkeeper-batsman Kamran Akmal, fast bowler Aamer Yamin, all-rounder Imad Wasim, spinner Johan Botha, and others took part in the initial training session.
The players focused on both batting and fielding drills.
Speaking about the upcoming T10 format, Captain Misbah-ul-Haq highlighted the limited time for strategic thinking in this format.
He emphasized the pivotal role of bowlers in securing victories.
The team's combination is shaping up well, and the presence of strong spinners holds promising prospects for the shorter format.
