The prices of 32 items have increased in Pakistan as compared to last week.
Islamabad: The annual inflation rate in the country has increased further by 27.57 percent.
According to the survey results of National Institute of Statistics, the prices of 32 items have increased in Pakistan as compared to last week.
The prices of essential items increased by 0.78 percent, the prices of seven items fall, while the cost of 12 items remained stable.
According to the report, the prices of the commodities that have increased include red chili powder by 7.58%, rice by 7.48% and garlic by 5.06%.
While the other products include sugar by 4.02%, jaggery by 3.23%, broken rice by 3.06%, chicken by 2.83%, bananas by 2.72%, diesel by 7.29% and petrol increased by 6.40%.
Apart from this, the price of tomato decreased by 13.60%, edible oil by 1.65%, ghee by 0.85%, mustard oil by 0.23% and flour by 0.19%.
