Three killed, two injured in bus-ambulance collision in Kot Addu
Kot Addu: In an unfortunate incident, at least three people were killed while two others sustained injuries after a passenger bus and an ambulance figured in a collision near Kot Addu on Wednesday.
Two victims were rescue officials as the vehicular accident involved a Rescue 1122 ambulance and a speeding passenger bus.
Rescue teams and police reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased and injured to a nearby hospital.
Initial report showed the ambulance driver along support staff and bus passengers suffered from injuries and bruises.
The accident was caused due to negligence of driver of the passenger bus, said police officials.
The police after registering a case into the incident have started an investigation.
