In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $4 per ounce to $1911 per ounce, as reported by the association.
Karachi: The Gold price in Pakistan increased by Rs.2,800 per tola on Friday.
As per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced an increase of Rs 2,900 per tola, reaching a value of Rs.2,35,500.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat pure gold increased by Rs2,486 and traded at Rs201,903 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, the yellow metal of 22 karats of gold which is usually used for jewellery making, sold at the rate of Rs1,85,078 per 10 grams.
In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $4 per ounce to $1911 per ounce, as reported by the association.
On the other hand, the price of 24 karat silver per tola and per 10 grams also remained the same at Rs2,850 and Rs2,443 respectively.
