Imran Khan re-arrested in cypher case
Imran Khan is on judicial remand since August 15 in the cypher case.
Islamabad: There is a major hurdle in the release of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan after the sentence was suspended and released on bail in the Toshakhana case.
According to details, the cipher case stands in the way Imran Khan’s release as he is already on judicial remand till August 30 in this case.
Islamabad's Secret Act Court Judge Abu Al-Hasanat sent former Prime Minister Imran Khan to jail on judicial remand summoning him in personal capacity on August 30.
Special Court Judge Abu Al-Hasanat has ordered the Superintendent of Attock Jail to produce Chairman PTI.
