Kandy: The biggest match of Asia Cup ODI 2023 between Pakistan and India has been stopped due to rain.
As far as the current situation is considered, India captain Rohit Sharma has managed to score 16 runs with 4.2 overs. However, Pakistan has not taken any wicket of India as yet.
In this match played at Palikele Stadium, Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and invited the host team Pakistan to field.
On the occasion of the toss, captain Babar Azam said if we had won the toss, we would have batted too, adding that top teams are participating in the event.
While indian team captain Rohit Sharma stated: “We will increase the pressure on Pakistan by scoring well,” Indian team includes three fast bowlers and three spinners.
