The High Court directed that the court will be informed before arrest in any secret First Information Report (FIR).

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday stopped the arrest of Imaan Mazari in any case without informing the court.
A hearing was held in the High Court on the provision of Imaan Mazari's case details and security bail appeal during which Justice Mian Gull Hassan Aurangzeb of IHC disposed of the application by issuing an order.
The High Court directed that the court will be informed before arrest in any secret First Information Report (FIR).
Additional Attorney General Munawar Iqbal Dogal said: “We had written to the provinces after the last hearing, faxed and also informed via WhatsApp to provide the details of the cases, the petitioner should not make such statements”.
The court remarked that the case is being dealt with, if there is an FIR, you will inform the court.
It is pertinent to note that former federal minister Shireen Mazari's daughter Imaan Mazari was granted bail in the case of Bahara Kahu police station on Saturday.
