In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats declined by $5 per ounce to $1940 per ounce.
Karachi: The Gold price in Pakistan declined by Rs700 per tola on Monday.
As per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced a decline of Rs700 per tola, reaching a value of Rs239,100.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat pure gold lost by Rs600 and traded at Rs204,990 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, the yellow metal of 22 karats of gold which is usually used for jewellery making, sold at the rate of Rs187,907 per 10 grams.
In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats declined by $5 per ounce to $1940 per ounce, as reported by the association.
On the other hand, the price of 24 karat silver per tola and per 10 grams also remained the same at Rs2,850 and Rs2,443.41 respectively.
Earlier, as per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced an increase of Rs2,100 per tola, reaching a value of Rs241,500.
