Islamabad: A district and session court in Islamabad ordered to release Somia Asim in the housemaid Rizwana torture case on Monday.
According to details, the session court heard the accused Somia Asim's post-arrest bail request in the Rizwana torture case.
The reserved verdict was made public by Judge Muhammad Haroon, who also granted the post-arrest release request against surety bonds totalling Rs 0.1 million.
Earlier, the court extended the judicial remand of Somia Asim the wife of a civil judge in the housemaid Rizwana torture case.
Judicial Magistrate Hafeez Ahmed heard the case and extended the judicial remand of Somia.
