Lahore: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to launch a nationwide operation against tax evaders, reportedly.
According to media reports, a list of 11,000 people from major cities including Lahore and Karachi has been prepared in the first phase, including industrialists, mill owners, traders, property dealers and others.
It is reported that persons included in the list did not join the tax net at the speed of business and there is solid evidence against the tax evaders while the documents have to be submitted within a week on the tax notice.
