The former president added the country is currently going through an economic crisis.

Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari said we all should worry about the economy first instead of politics.
In a statement, Asif Zardari stated that we have full confidence in the Chief Election Commissioner and all the members. Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will conduct the election according to the constitution.
The former president added the country is currently going through an economic crisis. The caretaker government should complete the projects of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) as soon as possible, and put the country on the path of development by completing the projects.
Asif Ali continued to say that after the census, ECP is bound to conduct new constituencies and conduct the elections according to the constitution.
It is pertinent to note that yesterday Chairman Peoples Party demanded ECP to conduct the election in 90 days and said that Commission has proved its credibility in front of people with its four years performance. It has proved its performance in Daska. We hope Election Commission will conduct free and fair elections.
