The weather in Lahore will be hot during the day while it will be slightly better at night.


Lahore: The temperature in Lahore is likely to increase during the next 48 hours, stated Meteorological Department.
According to Met Department, today the temperature of Lahore is likely to rise to 37 degrees Celsius after an increase of two to three degrees. There is no chance of rain in the provincial capital at present.
According to the spokesman, the weather in Lahore will be hot during the day while it will be slightly better at night. During the dry season, dust particles and toxic chemicals are likely to spread into the air, causing smog.
On the other hand, heavy rain and hail broke the heat in early morning in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The weather became pleasant due to the torrential rain.
It is pertinent to note that weather will remain dry in most parts of the country today. It will remain hot and humid in the plains of the country, and weather in Islamabad will remain dry and hot during the day.
According to the statement, weather will remain hot and dry in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, heavy winds and thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in Dir, Swat and Kohistan.
Weather will remain hot and humid in most parts of Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh.
According to Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with thunder at a few places in Mirpur Khas, Chhoor, Islamkot and Mithi. Kashmir is expected to remain partly cloudy, with gusty winds and thundershowers at few places in the afternoon.
