Sania Mirza's tweet, posted on X (formerly Twitter), hailed Nadia Jameel as an inspirational figure.
Nadia Jameel recently opened up on X about her childhood trauma, particularly child sexual abuse, and her personal journey, garnering significant attention.
In her candid post, Nadia shared her experiences and journey of healing, emphasizing the importance of self-love and self-respect.
Responding to Nadia's brave revelation, Sania Mirza lauded her, stating, "You are truly an inspiring individual. I am following your journey closely."
Nadia Jameel had previously disclosed incidents of sexual harassment by domestic workers during her childhood.
Last year, she revealed that she had been sexually abused multiple times at different stages of her life, from the age of 4 to 18.
Furthermore, Nadia Jameel faced a battle with cancer in 2020, undergoing extensive treatment and making a full recovery in 2021.
