Eight killed, two injured in motorway accident near Ghotki

Ghotki: In an unfortunate incident, eight people were killed, while two were injured in a collision between a car and a trailer on the highway near Guddu Interchange in Ghotki.

According to details, police and rescue teams reached the spot soon after getting the information.

According to the Motorway Police, three women and two children are also among the dead.

Motorway police stated that the accident victims were going to Mureed Shakh from Sukkur.

Police also told that one of the dead women got married two days ago.

The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained. Police however, cordoned off the area to start an investigation.
