AML chief Sheikh Rasheed has been arrested from his Rawalpindi residence


Rawalpindi: Former interior minister and Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed has been arrested from his Rawalpindi residence.
Sheikh Rasheed lawyer Sardar Abdur Razak claimed that Sheikh Rasheed has been arrested.
A prominent politician and chief of the Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rashid and an ally of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was apprehended at his Rawalpindi residence.
Furthermore, Rasheed’s lawyers claimed that former interior minister has been arrested by plainclothesmen from his residence in a private housing society in Rawalpindi.
According to him, Rashid along with his nephew Shakir and a servant has been shifted to an undisclosed location.
