Health department spokesman told that those who died of malaria belong to Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas divisions.


Karachi: Malaria cases are increasing in Sindh.
According to the spokesman of provincial health department, 586 cases of malaria were reported in Sindh in the last 24 hours, but no case of malaria was reported in Karachi during this time.
According to the health department, 287 cases of malaria were reported in Hyderabad division, 143 in Larkana, 98 in Mirpurkhas and 58 in Shaheed Benazirabad.
According to the spokesperson, 2,242 cases of malaria have been reported in Karachi this year and more than 3,00,000 people have been affected by malaria across Sindh, while two people have died of malaria in the whole province this year.
According to the spokesman of health department, those who died of malaria belong to Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas divisions.
