Mumbai: Renowned Indian singer and former Bigg Boss season 14 runner-up Rahul Vaidya, along with popular actress Disha Parmar, is now celebrating the arrival of their first child, a daughter.
The couple shared the delightful news with their fans and followers through a joint statement on Instagram.
In the heartwarming announcement, they expressed, "Ghar Mein Lakshmi Ai Hai," which translates to "We have been blessed with a daughter at home."
The statement further assured well-wishers that both the mother and the newborn baby are in good health, bringing immense joy and happiness to their family.
Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar exchanged marital vows on 16 July 2021.
Their love story captured the hearts of many, as Rahul proposed to Disha during an episode of Bigg Boss 14.
Later, Disha visited the Bigg Boss house as a guest and accepted his heartfelt proposal.
Disha Parmar, known for her acting prowess, has showcased her talent in the Indian television drama "Bade Achhe Lagte Hain" for two seasons.
Rahul Vaidya, a multifaceted artist, not only gained fame for his singing but also left an indelible mark on reality television with his appearance in Bigg Boss.
