Lahore: As conjunctivitis continues to rapidly spread across Punjab, including Lahore, the Punjab Education Department has issued a precautionary alert to schools in the region.
The Punjab Education Department has dispatched a letter to education authorities, urging the implementation of a "zero period" in schools to educate children about the disease and its prevention measures.
Teachers are instructed to familiarize students with the symptoms of conjunctivitis and educate them on the necessary preventive measures, adhering to guidelines provided by the health department.
