The court accepted the request to provide copies of the cypher case filed by PTI's lawyer Khalid Yusuf.


Islamabad: The Official Secrets Act court Monday accepted the appeal to provide copies of the cypher case filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Khalid Yusuf.
According to details, the cypher case was heard in the Official Secret Act Court of Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain during which PTI's lawyer Khalid Yusuf appeared.
Lawyer Khalid Yusuf filed a petition to get a copy of the challan of the cypher case. He pleaded that the record is required for the preparation of the case. The court accepted the request to provide copies of the cypher case filed by PTI's lawyer Khalid Yusuf.
The court staff told the lawyer that it would take a day to provide the cypher case copies and would be provided the day after tomorrow.
They also told lawyer Khalid Yusuf that notices have been issued to Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
